Sugarbush Resort is seeking two dispatchers for the Mountain Operations Department. This role serves as the communication hub for resort emergencies, handling diverse communications via phones and radios in a fast-paced setting. Experience with emergencies is a plus.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated ability to work on a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
• Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
• Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting and speaking on a constant basis.
• Timeliness and reliability are essential. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
