Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles in the mountains. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time shifts available. Roles include Dispatch responsibilities and opportunities to grow through Epic Service training, wellness benefits, and employee ski/pass perks.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone and radio calls in Dispatch.
• Provide timely and accurate communications and record keeping for resort operations.
• Keep Dispatch logs up to date daily, weekly and seasonally.
