Job summary

Vail Resorts in Newbury, MA is hiring for winter seasonal Dispatcher positions. The Dispatcher expedites communications and dispatches personnel/vehicles, logs activities, and supports resort operations to ensure smooth mountain services.

The role requires English fluency, a willingness to learn, and the ability to sit for long periods. Training is provided; starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with this being a winter seasonal position for 2026/2027.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone and radio calls in Dispatch
• Provide timely and accurate communications and record keeping for resort operations
• Keep accurate daily, weekly and seasonal Dispatch logs and other records
• Perform continuous monitoring of a radio channel system and dispatch phone line
• Coordinate emergency travel needs for rescue services arriving at the resort
• Other duties as assigned
