Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with tools, machinery, or rigging preferred.
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching.
• Ability to safely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the safe and reliable operation of all aerial lift systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on lift equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve lift issues during operating hours and throughout the season.
• Conduct pre-operational and ongoing safety inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance using sight, sound, and touch.
• Work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in all aspects of work.
• Collaborate with Mountain Operations and other departments as needed.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
