Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression for guests.
• Acknowledge guests promptly and deliver exceptional service.
• Resolve guest issues within authority and escalate when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with guests and teams.
• Handle guest information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Assist with equipment tuning, storage, and retrieval.
• Sell/up-sell resort products using the POS system.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization across work areas.
