Cataloochee Ski Area in Maggie Valley, North Carolina, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the friendly face for our guests on the slopes. This seasonal full-time role focuses on greeting guests, guiding their day, and ensuring smooth front desk operations with enthusiasm.

You’ll handle questions, rentals, passes, and lessons, respond to phones and emails, and help guests plan their perfect mountain day while contributing to a welcoming, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills for phones, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience, hospitality, or ski industry experience is a plus.
