Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal positions in Colorado. As a Service Tech, you will provide guests with equipment services and information for the best outdoor experience, with on-site training. Starting wage is $20/hour and applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no housing provided.

Qualifications

• Must display mechanical aptitude for ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests (training provided).
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
