Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Rental Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 at our Colorado location. Starting wage is $20/hr with part-time shifts and no housing provided.

You’ll deliver world-class guest service, assist guests with rental equipment, and support operations across departments in a fast-paced mountain resort. Responsibilities include fitting guests with equipment, explaining operation and safety of gear, and collaborating with teammates to maintain safety standards; cash

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is helpful.
• Able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops.
• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
• Other duties as assigned
