Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Daycare Teacher Assistant to help create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for young guests. You’ll support teachers, supervise children, and participate in activities while maintaining clean and organized spaces.

No formal teaching experience is required; a love for children and a strong work ethic are essential for a rewarding seasonal role on the mountain.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Passion for working with children.
• Ability to communicate with children and co-workers; parent communication to be handled by teachers.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in day-to-day supervision of children.
• Assist with age-appropriate activities and keep spaces clean and safe.
• Work with children of varying ages and abilities throughout the day.
