Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety during loading and unloading from coasters.
• Greet and engage every guest, every time.
• Identify invalid scans and report them promptly.
• Assist in daily setup and routine maintenance of ride areas.
• Help guests load, ride, and unload the rides.
• Monitor ride operation and report issues to staff.
