Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole is seeking a Winter Seasonal Mountain Club Coordinator to deliver a Forbes 5-star member experience in the Mountain Club. You will manage ski and snowboard equipment, oversee daily operations, and contribute to a seamless guest journey in a luxury setting.

Role requires strong computer and admin skills, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Opportunities for growth and exclusive staff benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle a multitude of tasks and prioritize to complete them in a timely manner.
• Strong computer and admin skills are required.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs continuously.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly menus and food offerings for Mountain Club, ensuring timely replenishment and orders.
• Manage Members’ ski and snowboard equipment and oversee daily operations.
• Maintain the member storage and facilities and deliver an effortless experience for Members and guests.
• Demonstrate a friendly, courteous, and professional manner with Members, guests, and staff.
• Provide training and supervision to Mountain Club staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• The Coordinator is responsible for creating the Four Season Forbes 5 star rated member experience in the Mountain Club.
• The Mountain Club Coordinator is responsible for managing Members’ ski and snowboard equipment while overseeing the daily operations and overall member experience within the club.
• Create weekly menus and food offerings, ensure food is replenished and drink requested are ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
• Ability to display a friendly, courteous and professional manner in dealing with Mountain Club Members, guests and other employees.
• Responsible for the training and supervision of Mountain Club employees.
• Daily maintenance of the member storage, and facilities
• Coordinator is expected to anticipate member’s needs and create an effortless experience.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to handle a multitude of tasks, as well as prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong computer and admin skills are required
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the day.
• Previous hospitality experience in a luxury setting preferred
• Us work authorization required.
