Job summary

Vail Resorts in Truckee is seeking seasonal bartenders to craft beverages and deliver memorable experiences for guests in a mountain resort setting. You’ll learn to mix cocktails, pour wines and beer, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, teamwork and living the company values while supporting a high-volume operation. Seasonal positions offer Full Time and Part Time shifts with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all necessary skills; no formal experience needed.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned
