Job summary

Vail Resorts in Wisconsin is hiring for winter 2026/27 for Cooks, Drivers, Instructors and more. Join our mountain team to experience the outdoors, high compensation, free pass(es) along with free ski and snowboard lessons, 40% retail discounts, and industry-leading Epic Service training.

Roles are winter seasonal with full-time and part-time hours, housing available, and wellness benefits. Spin through a dynamic mountain environment and deliver epic guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Be prepared: You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Be sturdy: You may need to stand for long periods of time.
• Be nimble: You may be repeatedly twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) throughout each day.
• Be friendly: You’ll need to converse clearly and comfortably with a variety of guests of varying backgrounds, ability levels and age groups.
• Background check required.
• Be reliable: You may need to work unsupervised occasionally or be a strong part of a fun team. You must have reliable transportation to and from work, and you must be able to work on time.
