Job summary

Woodgrain in Fruitland, Idaho seeks an attentive manufacturing associate to feed and grade material through a moulder, ensuring minimal waste and a finished product that meets customer specifications at high production levels.

The role is an hourly, full-time position with Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm and overtime including extended hours; Saturday as needed. Training and growth opportunities are available within a long-standing family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and reading of measurements required.
• Ability to learn and understand grades and quality.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Feed and grade material to meet quality specs.
• Generate production and OEE reports.
• Assist in training of new employees.
• Unload interior moulding from production line.
• Inspect moulding for quality defects.
• Stack moulding into rolling rack and use PPE correctly.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
