Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications to patients.
• Collaborate with providers and treatment team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with requirements.
