Responsibilities include supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchase orders, tracking deliveries, budgeting, and continuous process improvement. Travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Motorsport experience is required.
• Strong understanding of procurement steps, including sourcing and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier relations.
• Highly organized with ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase parts, materials and services meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for racing parts and services.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders, track progress, ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing files and reports for stakeholders.
• Support budget planning and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
