Job summary
Cycle Springs Powersports, LLC, a division of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, seeks a dedicated Motorcycle Technician to diagnose, repair and service motorcycles and ATVs. The role includes warrants, maintenance, and parts installation in a fast-paced shop environment in Clearwater, FL.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years powersports experience, and preferred motorcycle mechanic training and factory certifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years related technician experience in powersports preferred.
- Formal motorcycle mechanics training preferred.
- Factory certifications (Yamaha/Sea-Doo/Kawasaki/Suzuki) preferred.
- Unrestricted Florida motorcycle endorsement license required.
- Clean driving record and ASE certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and service motorcycles and ATVs systems and components.
- Complete warrantied repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical, engine, brake, and transmission issues.
- Communicate repair timeframe to Service Advisor.
- Install parts and perform additional repairs as needed.
- Attend to other duties as assigned.
