Cycle Springs Powersports, LLC, part of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician in Clearwater, FL to diagnose, repair and maintain motorcycles and ATVs. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skills, experience and certifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of powersports experience, formal motorcycle training and factory certifications; a Florida motorcycle endorsement is required to drive company vehicles and to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related technician experience in powersports preferred.
• Formal motorcycle mechanics training preferred.
• Factory certifications (Yamaha, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki) preferred.
• Unrestricted Florida driver license with motorcycle endorsement required.
• Clean driving record.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Excellent work history and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service motorcycles and ATVs to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete warrantied repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, engines, brakes, transmissions, etc.
• Communicate repair timelines with Service Advisor.
• Install and replace parts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
