Job summary

Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle LLC in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Indian Motorcycle models, performing routine service and warranty work while upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Ideal candidates bring experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician, familiarity with V-twin platforms, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a motorcycle technician or powersports technician required.
• Familiarity with Indian Motorcycle, Victory, or similar V-twin platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and mechanical repair.
• Ability to use diagnostic software and shop tools effectively.
• MMI, UTI, or equivalent technical certification is a plus.
• Valid motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on Indian Motorcycle models.
• Conduct routine inspections, oil changes, tire replacements, and tune-ups.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues.
• Complete warranty repairs in accordance with Indian Motorcycle manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to service advisors and customers.
• Keep the shop workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
