Job summary

Whitesironvalley is seeking a skilled motorcycle service technician to join our team in Lebanon, PA. You will perform service, repair, and customization work, ensuring quality and timely completion while maintaining a clean, efficient shop environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of motorcycle repair experience, owns their tools, and holds a PA motorcycle license with M endorsement. A strong customer focus and reliable work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years motorcycle repair experience required.
• Applicant must own a full set of tools.
• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality service for customers.
• Complete repairs within the time allotted per factory specs.
• Perform service, repair and customization work.
• Outgoing personality and good communication.
• Valid PA motorcycle license (M endorsement) required.
• Able to move motorcycles around the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Service Department Operations: provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to customers, complete repair work within scheduled time, maintain shop cleanliness.
• Customer Service: minimize returns and address them promptly, keep vehicles clean at handoff.
• Other Duties: as assigned.
