Harley-Davidson Shallotte is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team at the Harley-Davidson–Shallotte location in North Carolina. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, communicating with parts staff, and providing timely updates to service management.

Applicants should have motorcycle repair knowledge, own tools, and a customer-focused attitude. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a supportive, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of Dealership preferred.
• Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair.
• Own your own tools to perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
• Maintain technical qualifications by completing web-based, in-dealership training and instructor lead training.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair orders efficiently and accurately per dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Communicate with Parts department to obtain any necessary parts.
• Update service manager and service advisor on timeline and completion dates.
• Communicate upsell opportunities to service advisor.
