Job summary

Moto United STG in St. George, Utah is seeking a Motorcycle Sales Associate to sell new and used motorcycles and related products.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong motorcycle knowledge, and strict adherence to the dealership’s sales process. The successful candidate will engage customers professionally, maintain product knowledge of Indian Motorcycle and Triumph, and operate within a structured CRM with timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record with no significant violations.
• Valid motorcycle endorsement on driver's license, or ability to obtain one.
• Experience riding motorcycles with manual transmissions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interest in motorcycles and the motorcycle lifestyle.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.
• Previous motorcycle, automotive, powersports, retail, or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain product knowledge of all new and used motorcycles sold at the dealership including the ability to explain features, functions, benefits, specifications, and differences between models to customers.
• Maintain current knowledge of Indian Motorcycle and Triumph, including new model introductions, technology, performance characteristics, riding applications, and competitive advantages.
• Must follow up with customers and prospects in the CRM.
• Ensure proper greeting of all customers entering the dealership and build relationships throughout the sales process.
• Complete buyers’ orders and ensure all required documentation is properly accounted for at the end of each business day.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure motorcycles are presentable at all times.
