Job description

Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support the U.S. Army requirements in the execution of teaching a motorcycle Basic Rider Course (BRC), Basic Rider Course 2 (BRC2), Advanced Rider Course, and a nationally accredited driver safety course. This job offers several hours per week (weekdays only) from March through end of August. Typically, two Basic Rider Courses (BRC) and one Advanced Rider Course (ARC) will be taught each week. This job offers a rewarding opportunity to teach motorcycle safety to active duty soldiers.

The total hourly pay for this non‑exempt position $39.74 per hour for up to 40 hours per week is comprised of a base hourly rate of $34.65 plus $5.09 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations.

The above rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Instructors provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army Installations. The instructor is responsible for facilitating BRC and ARC classes which includes both classroom and range instruction. The instructor is also responsible for maintaining class paperwork, pre‑class preparation, and online recording of class information, and submission of completed paperwork. The Instructor must possess applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification as a RiderCoach.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for an 8-hour period
