Job summary

Hillbilly Harley-Davidson is hiring a Retail Merchandise Associate to support Harley-Davidson brand clothing and accessories. Experience in merchandising, retail sales or customer service is preferred; you will greet customers, assist in finding products, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

You will maintain fitting rooms, keep the sales floor neat and visually appealing, process transactions, and stay informed about product offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail sales or customer service.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to get along with a broad customer base.
• Experience with POS and inventory systems or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Standard computer skills with Microsoft platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Handle customer concerns to demonstrate commitment to excellent service.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Stock shelves and displays, ensure product availability.
• Process cash or card payments and keep register accurate.
• Support dealership events and inventory counts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
