Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or MSSC certification meet the basic entry requirements.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced production environment and able to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
MSSC certification is a plus for forming a skilled production team.

Responsibilities

Operate pre-set equipment for repetitive production tasks.
Assemble components by placing parts in specified relationships.
Inspect parts for fit, function, and cosmetic quality.
Perform simple equipment adjustments as required.
Align components and tighten fasteners.
Perform general servicing and gauging operations.
Use a variety of hand and production tools.
Inspect and evaluate parts, components, and assemblies throughout the production process.
Report defects during all phases of manufacturing.
