The role requires six months of welding experience or completion of a weld qualification class, passing an HD weld test, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Six months welding experience or completion of a weld qualification class.
• Must pass Harley-Davidson weld test administered by HD or approved third party.
• Ability to set up and operate multiple welding machines and processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple welding machines in a manufacturing center.
• Weld components using MIG, TIG and gas welding processes.
• Position parts with jigs and fixtures and adjust machines to meet specs.
• Inspect welds and ensure conformance to line gauges and quality standards.
