Job summary

ABC Companies is seeking an Installation Technician to upfit and install mechanical and electrical components on new motorcoaches. The role focuses on hands-on work, quality checks, and meeting customer specifications while maintaining safety and timely delivery.

You will work with a team, read specifications, and ensure documentation is accurate. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced shop environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical and/or electrical experience required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow specifications, prints, and work instructions.
• Must possess hand tools to perform responsibilities.
• Must maintain eligibility to satisfy applicable DOT requirements to obtain a Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Install mechanical and electrical components on new motorcoaches according to specs.
• Complete dealer-upfits using approved prints and work instructions.
• Inspect installations for quality and functionality.
• Document warranty, repair, and installation activities accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, on-time completion.
