Job summary

RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation in Rockville, MD seeks a Motorcoach Operator to deliver safe, reliable transport for clients. You will adhere to DOT regulations, maintaining high safety and service standards while ensuring a first-class passenger experience.

The role requires professional driving experience, a clean record, and a polished appearance. You will work with dispatch to ensure on-time performance, perform vehicle inspections, and assist with luggage and boarding.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Proven professional driving experience focused on passenger care.
• Professional appearance and accountability.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for clients to destinations as assigned.
• Create a welcoming passenger experience with luggage handling and personal belongings.
• Deliver service reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence, ensuring comfort and efficiency.
• Maintain a polished image and safeguard client confidentiality.
• Exercise sound judgment and defensive driving to ensure safety.
• Evaluate traffic patterns and route changes to ensure on-time performance.
• Partner with dispatch and operations for seamless service execution.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Escalate maintenance concerns to protect fleet reliability.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting safely and professionally.
