RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is seeking experienced Charter/Shuttle Motor Coach Operators to join our team in Glendale, Maryland. The role covers charter and shuttle operations with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and requires safe operation of large passenger vehicles and professional customer service.

This position emphasizes safety, reliability, and courteous passenger service, with duties spanning pre/post-trip inspections, DVIRs, and adherence to dispatch

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional motor coach driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) endorsement.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe and acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Ability to safely operate large passenger vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependa­ble, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and follow dispatch/operations instructions.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate motor coaches and shuttle vehicles.
• Transport passengers for charter trips, shuttle routes, corporate transportation, special events, and other scheduled services.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and DVIRs.
• Follow routes, itineraries, schedules, and dispatch instructions.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and operations.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and other needs when appropriate.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment.
• Follow all company, DOT, FMCSA, and safety requirements.
• Immediately report vehicle, safety, passenger, or operational concerns.

Charter / Shuttle Motor Coach Operator

Location: Glendale, Maryland

RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is seeking experienced and professional Charter / Shuttle Motor Coach Operators to join our growing team in Glendale, Maryland.

This position will support both charter and shuttle transportation operations. We are looking for experienced Motor Coach Operators who are committed to safety, professionalism, and providing an exceptional passenger experience.

Schedule & Availability

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs
• Operators may work up to six (6) days per week
• Must be available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday each week
• Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, charter trips, and shuttle assignments
• Hours and routes may vary based on scheduled trips and operational needs

What You'll Do

• Safely operate motor coaches and shuttle vehicles
• Transport passengers for charter trips, shuttle routes, corporate transportation, special events, and other scheduled services
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete DVIRs and other required vehicle documentation
• Follow assigned routes, itineraries, schedules, and dispatch instructions
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and operations
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and other needs when appropriate
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment
• Follow all company, DOT, FMCSA, and safety requirements
• Immediately report vehicle, safety, passenger, or operational concerns
• Represent RMA professionally at all times

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional Motor Coach driving experience required
