The Motorcoach Operator plays a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and first-class transportation services to our clients. This position requires exceptional driving expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an outstanding passenger experience. Operators are responsible for adhering to all traffic laws and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and service at all times.
RMA is proud to offer a sign-on bonus for eligible chauffeur positions, including Black Car Chauffeurs, Motorcoach Operators, and Shuttle Ambassadors.
Eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous employment , recognizing team members who demonstrate reliability and commitment. Once eligible, the bonus is paid in equal monthly installments through payroll (12 installments for full-time employees and 6 installments for part-time employees).
Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing to receive each installment. Any unpaid installments will be forfeited upon separation from the company. This program is designed to support retention and does not constitute guaranteed compensation.
