Motorcoach Driver - La CrosseThe role of Motorcoach Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers on long distance and local routes including charters, tours, and contracted services. This position ensures a high level of safety, reliability, and customer service while operating company motorcoaches. The Motorcoach Driver represents the company during trips and is responsible for maintaining professionalism, compliance, and overall passenger experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routesTransport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient mannerConduct pre trip and post trip inspections and report any maintenance concernsEnsure compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulationsMaintain accurate logs, mileage, and trip documentationProvide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all timesAssist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needsCommunicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updatesMaintain cleanliness and presentation of the motorcoachFollow all safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situationsEducation, Experience and Skills:Valid CDL with passenger endorsement requiredAcceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screeningPrevious motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferredStrong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirementsStrong commitment to safety and customer serviceEffective communication skillsAbility to manage time, routes, and trip schedules independentlyFlexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight trips#SOUReady BusAverage Pay Rate24.35Benefits and Total RewardsWe believe in rewarding great people with meaningful benefits that support your health, growth, and long term success.Part Time Team MembersDental insuranceVision insurancePaid trainingAnnual bonus opportunityCareer development opportunitiesThis job description outlines the general nature and level of responsibilities associated with this position.
