Job summary

Reliant Motorcoaches, LLC is seeking a professional Motorcoach Driver to transport passengers on long-distance and local routes, including charters, tours, and contracted services. You will perform pre-trip inspections, ensure safety, and maintain passenger comfort.

The role requires a valid CDL with passenger endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and safety mindset.
• Ability to operate a motorcoach on long-distance and local routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, mileage, and trip documentation.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates.

Motorcoach Driver - La CrosseThe role of Motorcoach Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers on long distance and local routes including charters, tours, and contracted services. This position ensures a high level of safety, reliability, and customer service while operating company motorcoaches.
