Job summary

400 Reliant Motorcoaches, LLC is seeking a licensed Motorcoach Driver to safely transport passengers on long distance and local routes, including charters, tours, and contracted services. You will represent the company with professionalism and ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include operating motorcoaches, conducting pre/post trip inspections, maintaining logs, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement is required.
• Background checks and drug screening are required.
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide high-quality customer service.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.

Motorcoach Driver

The role of Motorcoach Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers on long distance and local routes including charters, tours, and contracted services. This position ensures a high level of safety, reliability, and customer service while operating company motorcoaches. The Motorcoach Driver represents the company during trips and is responsible for maintaining professionalism, compliance, and overall passenger experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes
• Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulations
• Maintain accurate logs, mileage, and trip documentation
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the motorcoach
• Follow all safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage time, routes, and trip schedules independently
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight trips
