The Womack Medical Center in Fort Bragg, NC is seeking a Motor Vehicle Operator to perform a full range of duties transporting linen and related supplies within the facility and to wards as needed.
Experience with loading, unloading, and securing cargo within maximum load limits is required; workers frequently handle items up to 70 pounds and push carts over 400 pounds. Indoor/outdoor work on loading docks includes exposure to weather, with normal supervision.
This position is located within the Womack Medical Center in Fort Bragg, NC. Incumbent will perform a full range of Motor Vehicle Operator functions.

Ability to do the work of an Motor Vehicle Operator without more than normal supervision. Ability to perform common duties such as delivering linen to wards and stamps linen for identification purposes; moving linen supplies from one storage location to another in order to maintain prescribed stock levels. Assure cargo is properly loaded and secured and that maximum load capacity is not exceeded. Work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
