Caliberr Staffing is seeking a skilled Mechanic Technician for the Savage, MN area. The starting hourly wage ranges from $21 to $28, with a standard 40–45 hour work week, mostly morning hours and minimal overtime.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute motor repairs from basic to intricate by disassembling, sanitizing, fixing, reassembling, and testing units.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using mechanical expertise and schematics.
• Assess equipment, identify components, and determine repair scope per protocols.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and test procedures as per policy.
• Manage inventory by ordering required components for units undergoing processing.
• Provide scheduling updates to management and prioritize daily tasks with supervisor.
• Maintain tools, toolbox, and workspace in an orderly fashion to support productivity.
• Attend product knowledge sessions and mandatory safety training.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on testing tools to ensure equipment performance.
• Contribute to team output by meeting repair efficiency standards for technician level.
