RPM Industries, LLC in Washington, PA is seeking a Motor Production Associate to join our production team. You will work in the Motors area and may support Switches and Shipping/Receiving as needed, assembling motors, testing, and ensuring quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work safely in a team-based environment. Training provided; overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing production needs.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools; training available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist within the assigned department while learning other aspects of the business.
• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily goals.
• Learn specialized job functions through hands-on training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to cross-train in other departments.
• Assemble electric motors and pumps according to quality standards.
• Test and troubleshoot motors and pumps to ensure proper functionality.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components and parts.
• Pull parts for customer orders and production requirements.
• Label inventory and ensure materials are stored properly.
• Operate production and packaging equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
