RPM Industries, LLC is hiring a Motor Production Associate in Washington, PA. You will join a team that assembles motors and related components and participate in various departments to learn and contribute.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift/warehouse experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Training is provided, with opportunities to learn multiple production areas and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing production needs.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools is a plus; training provided.
