A leading city agency is seeking a Motor Grader Operator to perform road construction tasks, including leveling and grading of fill. The role requires operating heavy machinery and maintaining equipment. Applicants must have a Class B CDL and relevant experience. Operates a motor grader for road construction which consists of the leveling and grading of fill, excavation of streets and dirt roads, and may include the stripping of asphalt. Operates a payloader for loading and unloading materials onto and off of trucks, such as hot and cold asphalt, sand, gravel, road maintenance material, fill, and landfill. Lubricates, adjusts, maintains and makes minor repairs to equipment used in motor grader operations. May operate other heavy-duty equipment for snow removal or for emergency situations. Keeps job and other records.

Qualification Requirements
Three years of full-time satisfactory experience acquired within the last ten years as a motor grader operator or a payloader operator.
License Requirements
Candidates must possess a Class B Commercial Driver License, with no restrictions, valid in the State of New York. This license must be maintained for the duration of employment.
