Responsibilities

• Operate motor grader with blade attached to level subgrade per standards.
• Align machine with stakes and guidelines; attach blades and attachments.
• Maintain equipment via inspections, greasing and oiling daily.
• Work with GPS data; follow plans and specifications to grade accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate plan changes clearly.
• Read blueprints and ensure slopes/distances meet project specs.
