Job summary

The Kearney Companies, a site and utilities contractor serving the Riverview area, is hiring a Motor Grader Operator to support our road and utility projects. You will cut subgrade, level base material, and grade dirt to tight tolerances on active job sites.

This full-time, in-person role requires 2+ years of grader experience, strict safety awareness, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute to sites within a 50-mile radius of our Riverview office.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of Motor Grader Operator experience.
• Proficient in cutting subgrade and finishing base material.
• Excellent safety awareness and adherence to policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew and foreman.

Responsibilities

• Operate grader to spread and level dirt or road base to grade specifications.
• Shape and finish shoulders and slopes.
• Monitor operations to ensure safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with foreman and truck drivers; assist with other tasks as needed.
