Job summary

Tradeco Construction is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator / Foreman to lead a crew on civil construction projects. You will operate a motor grader for rough and finish grading, roadwork, and site preparation while reading plans and grade stakes.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily crew activities, ensuring safety, and keeping projects on schedule. You will work with superintendents to drive production and perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance reporting.
