The Kearney Companies, a Site & Utilities Contractor based in Riverview, FL, is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to support road and site development projects in the Brandon/Riverview area. The role requires proficiency in cutting subgrade and finishing base material, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Eligible candidates should have 2+ years of motor grader experience, reliable transportation, and be able to work Monday through Saturday at sites within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of Motor Grader Operator experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to operate the motor grader.
• Must maintain excellent safety awareness and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate grader to spread and level dirt or road base to grade specifications.
• Shape and finish shoulders and slopes; perform fine or rough grading as needed.
• Monitor safety standards and communicate with Foreman and drivers.
• Assist with other positions as requested to complete jobs.
• Supervise crew personnel when required.
