Louisiana Bridge Builders is hiring a Motor Grader/Blade Operator II to support the Lake Charles project. Based in Lake Charles, LA, you will operate heavy equipment to grade, level, and prepare roadways per plans and blueprints, ensuring precision and safety.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant equipment experience; NCCER certification is preferred. Relocation is available within the region, with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating construction equipment.
• NCCER Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to complete grading, leveling, debris removal, trenches, and material movement.
• Shape terrain and move earth according to blueprints and plans.
• Perform rough and finish grading with high precision.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and fueling of equipment.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew using hand or audio signals.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
