Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, VFDs and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and program PLCs to support production.
• Troubleshoot sensors, motors, VFDs, servo motors, and control systems.
• Maintain conveyor systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrate equipment; replace defective components.
• Document repairs and maintenance and communicate equipment issues to teams.
