Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience driving a commercial motor vehicle.
• Valid DOT Medical card.
• Valid Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement and air brake systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate motor coaches and ensure passenger safety.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure proper vehicle condition.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and assist with boarding/alighting.
• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow routes and schedules and adjust as needed.
• Maintain logs of driving hours and documentation.
• Communicate delays or issues to dispatch and passengers.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on regulations.
