GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Driver Relations, this role involves assisting motor coach drivers with their duties and managing related tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain open communication with drivers.
2. Manage and resolve driver questions and concerns.
3. Act as a liaison between drivers and management.
4. Review driver files and recommend actions.
5. Handle driver attendance, payroll, gratuity records, and uniform orders.
6. Resolve operational and customer complaints.
7. Collaborate with other Driver Managers and departments.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in employee management and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Greater Orlando area.
• Florida Driver’s License.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Skills

• Ability to build professional relationships.
• Conflict resolution skills and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Samsara, Santa Cruz, AS400 is a plus.
• Ability to operate computer systems and perform basic math calculations.
