Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Motor Assembler I to join our production team in Radford, VA. You will perform standardized motor assembly and testing tasks, learning processes and following established procedures under guidance within a production cell.

You will read blueprints, work with measuring tools, and complete required documentation while maintaining quality and safety standards on the line.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions.
  • Basic math and ability to use measuring tools.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble motors and components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, including winding machines, test stations, and spray systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and bill of materials to complete assembly tasks.
  • Complete and follow required documentation and instructions.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and support work flow throughout production areas.

Work Type

Onsite: This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.

Expected Base Salary Range

$33,280-$39,145

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and business needs.
