Job summary

Exponential Power is seeking a Motive Power Service Technician in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will install, service, and repair motive power battery systems at customer sites, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in installing, servicing, or related Motive Power batteries or similar products.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites.
• Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and recommend solutions.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Motive Power Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, solving problems, and providing excellent service to industrial customers.
