Job summary

Exponential Power is looking for a Motive Power Service Technician based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This full-time role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing battery systems and chargers for industrial customers. Successful candidates should have over 3 years of relevant experience and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

The position offers competitive pay, benefits including medical and 401k, and all techs start with 3 weeks of PTO. This is a local role, allowing you to be home every night.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in installing, servicing, or related Motive Power batteries or similar products.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites.
• Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
• Travel locally to customer facilities as needed.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Motive Power Service Technician to join our team. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, solving problems, and providing excellent service to industrial customers.
