Exponential Power in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Service Technician to join our Motive Power team. This hands-on role focuses on installing, servicing, and repairing motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites, with local travel.

You will diagnose performance issues, perform preventive maintenance, maintain service records, and communicate clearly with customers. We offer in-house training, strong benefits, and plenty of opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining similar manufacturing or industrial products.
• Motive Power product experience (batteries, chargers, etc) seen as a huge plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT medical exam.
• Ability to work in a dirty job, occasionally lifting 50-100lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites.
• Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
• Travel locally to customer facilities as needed.
