Job summary

Concentric LLC is hiring a Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair motive power equipment at customer sites and shop locations. The role includes basic troubleshooting, field and shop repairs, and responding to customer needs with a focus on reliability and safety.

The technician will report to a Service Manager or Lead Technician, travel as required, and work independently or with a team while ensuring high standards of service and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in electrical/mechanical repair or battery maintenance is preferred.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license; DOT requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair motive power equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with support, service, and sales teams to expedite repairs.
• Travel to branches/sites; some overnight travel possible.
• Complete service orders and required documentation accurately.
